RFP Released: OBC Implementation and Payment Dashboard Development
August 1, 2025 to August 13, 2025The Center for Outcomes Based Contracting is seeking qualified technology vendors to develop an Implementation and Payment Dashboard platform that will revolutionize how districts and education providers track student-level data for outcomes based contracts in K-12 education. This comprehensive platform will automate payment calculations, reduce administrative burden, and provide powerful analytics to help improve student learning outcomes. Making it easier than ever to connect spending with student success, the system will support multiple intervention types and offer real-time data visualization at school, district, and state levels. Interested vendors should submit questions by August 6 and proposals by August 13, 2025.
