The Outcomes Based Contracting (OBC) Coach plays a pivotal role in guiding school
districts through the process of procuring and implementing instructional products
and services under outcomes based contracts. As an OBC Coach, you will work
directly with district leaders to build capacity, facilitate learning, and provide expert
