Ashley Jordan

Ashley Jordan is a visionary educational leader with a passion for empowering educators and enhancing student learning outcomes. She  holds a master’s degree in educational leadership from Grand Canyon University, complemented by a bachelor’s degree in education from the University of North Florida. With over 19 years of experience in education, she has served in various leadership roles, including Region and School Administrator, Content Specialist, and Instructional Coach. She currently serves as a Region Specialist with Duval County Public Schools.

Ashley’s expertise spans curriculum development, instructional best practices, and data-driven decision-making. Known for her collaborative approach, Ashley works closely with teachers, administrators, and stakeholders to identify instructional goals and develop engaging learning experiences. She has led initiatives to design and implement student centered benchmark aligned instruction and the facilitation of professional development opportunities for educators. Under her leadership and through her support as an ELA Specialist, schools have experienced significant improvements in student performance and engagement, and teacher development and retention.

Ashley is dedicated to continuous improvement and strives to empower educators with the tools and resources needed to succeed in today’s dynamic educational landscape. She holds a certification in Instructional Coaching from Harvard School of Education. Ashley is dedicated to staying abreast of current educational trends and research, ensuring that she provides innovative support to educators striving for excellence in the classroom.
