Emily Gell
Emily Gell serves as a Data Strategist in the Office of Federal Programs at Atlanta Public Schools, where she leads program evaluation and continuous improvement efforts to strengthen federally funded initiatives. She brings a background in education policy research along with expertise in strategic planning and data storytelling to help systems center equity and drive better outcomes. Emily is former Harvard Strategic Data Fellow and holds a Master of Public Affairs from Brown University with a concentration in data-driven policy.
