Malvika Bhagwat brings deep expertise in assessment design, learning sciences, and outcomes measurement. At Owl Ventures, she leads portfolio services, working with 100+ companies on impact and outcomes, while also advising Owl’s global LPs. She drives Owl’s annual Education Outcomes Report and supports investor relations. Previously, Malvika led impact and efficacy at Emerson Collective and was an early team member at Newsela. She has worked on assessments across India, the US, and the Gulf, and was a founding member of Mindspark’s English program. A frequent speaker at ASU GSV, SXSWedu, and ISTE, she serves on several education councils and holds an M.Ed. from Harvard.
