Dr. Nacarid Silva
Chief of Staff
Nacarid Silva is the Chief of Staff for the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting at the Southern Education Foundation, where she helps turn strategy into the systems, partnerships, and execution needed to scale the Center’s work. She works across all teams to strengthen organizational alignment, support business development and fundraising efforts, and build the internal infrastructure that helps the Center grow with clarity and purpose.
Since joining the Center, Nacarid has supported key planning and systems work across state-based partnerships, strategic partnerships, grants management, team operations, and organizational learning. Her work helps connect big-picture strategy to the day-to-day structures that allow teams to move complex priorities forward.
Before joining the Center, Nacarid served in the Strategy Office at Denver Public Schools, where she supported implementation of the district’s strategic roadmap and collaborated across departments on initiatives focused on improving outcomes for historically underserved students.
A first-generation immigrant and advocate for educational equity, Nacarid holds a Doctor of Education in Leadership for Educational Equity from the University of Colorado Denver. Outside of work, she enjoys traveling, exploring new places, and spending time with family and friends.
