Rhonda Parker
Operations Coordinator
Rhonda Parker is the Operations Coordinator for the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting at the Southern Education Foundation, where she ensures the Center’s daily operations run seamlessly and supports the team in delivering on its mission. She brings 18 years of experience in organizational management and executive support, including in her previous role as Executive Administrative Assistant in the Commissioner’s Office of a local health agency, where she supported five senior leaders and coordinated across staff, partners, vendors, and legislators. Rhonda holds a Bachelor of Business Administration from American Intercontinental University–Dunwoody and has completed MBA coursework in Education with a focus on 21st-century learning. Dedicated to service beyond her professional role, she tutors and mentors youth in her community. Rhonda is known for her commitment to excellence and her ability to build strong, lasting relationships.
