Sherrell is the Senior Operations Specialist at the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting, where she leads cross-functional projects, streamlines organizational processes, and supports strategic initiatives that drive operational excellence. She specializes in project management, stakeholder coordination, systems administration, and process improvement, helping teams execute priorities efficiently and effectively.
Before joining the Center, Sherrell served as a School Program Coordinator for Georgia Commute Options, where she developed sustainable transportation solutions for schools and promoted environmentally responsible practices in local communities. Prior to that, Sherrell spent more than 11 years with the DeKalb County School District, where she worked as an educator committed to helping students build the skills and knowledge to succeed academically and beyond.
