Sunil Gunderia is Co-founder and CEO of Mindset CoPilot, where he builds learning systems that turn knowledge into durable professional capability.
He is Vice Chair of the EdSAFE AI Industry Council, helping shape standards and safeguards for effective, responsible AI in education.
He serves on the boards of InnovateEDU and the Children’s Institute of Los Angeles. He is also a Venture Partner at Emerge, supporting early stage education companies globally.
Previously, Sunil spent twelve years at Age of Learning as Chief Strategy and Innovation Officer. He founded and scaled the company’s schools business. He co-invented its personalized learning platform. The reading and math programs built on the platform were validated across 30 research studies, demonstrating student impact across tens of thousands of classrooms.
Earlier in his career, he launched and led new technology businesses for The Walt Disney Company across international markets.
