Valerie DePina serves as Meeting and Event Planner at the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting, where she designs and delivers high-quality experiences that bring the Center’s mission to life. She manages all aspects of annual convenings, site visits, and facilitator trainings, overseeing logistics from contract negotiation to on-the-ground execution in cities across the United States.

With a career spanning roles as Operations Director, Regional Event Manager, and Lead Floral Designer, Valerie blends strategic planning, operational precision, and creative vision. Her background in the lodging industry honed her expertise in contracts, space planning, and coordination—skills she now leverages to ensure seamless, impactful events for the Center’s partners and stakeholders.

Fluent in Spanish and with international experience in Switzerland, Valerie brings a global perspective and a deep commitment to the Center’s mission.
