Valerie DePina is a strategic operations professional with expertise in executive support, business development coordination, stakeholder engagement, and organizational process improvement. As Operations Coordinator on the Chief of Staff Team at the Center for Outcomes Based Contracting, she partners with leadership to strengthen internal operations, support strategic initiatives, and build systems that enable organizational growth.
Her work spans executive operations, partnership development support, technology implementation, contract administration, and cross-functional project management. Valerie is particularly passionate about creating structure from complexity, building scalable processes, and supporting leaders in achieving mission-driven outcomes.
Prior to joining the Center, Valerie built a career across hospitality, event management, entrepreneurship, and operations leadership, developing a strong foundation in relationship management, logistics, customer experience, and organizational excellence. This diverse experience allows her to bring both strategic perspective and practical execution to every initiative she supports.
Valerie holds a Bachelor of Science in Hospitality Management from Florida State University and is fluent in Spanish.
