Due to the overwhelming interest and limited spots available, we encourage you to submit your application by July 26, 2024. We will review applications on a rolling basis and send follow-ups to notify you that your spot is confirmed. Once your spot is confirmed, you’ll receive a confirmation packet with registration and payment instructions and important deadlines.
Please note: While we hope to have space for 60 providers (maximum of 2 leaders per organization) to attend the summit, we can only accommodate one person per organization to attend the lunch and panel with district leaders. Don’t miss out on this incredible opportunity!
Contribution Request:
As a nonprofit dedicated to making a lasting impact, we suggest a minimum donation of $1,000 per participant to help sustain our vital work. Please be aware that while we focus on creating transformative experiences, all travel and lodging expenses will need to be covered by the provider.
